PT SUKSES GRAHA SAMUDERA (SGS) is a leading provider of Offshore Support Vessels to the Indonesian market.  The company employs over 40 shore - based staff, and currently owns and operates 8 vessels.  Our main customer is most major oil & gas company in Indonesia. SGS is also a partner of the Miclyn Express Offshore Group, a leading provider of Offshore Support Vessels with a strong presence across South East Asia, the Middle East and Australia, and headquartered in Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced, flexible and dynamic HR Manager who will be in charge of the HR function for the local office as well as being a business partner to the management team .

HR MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Engage with the business in aligning business and people strategies as well as developing and implementing appropriate HR strategies and plans
• Work closely with the local management team as well as with the offices of the companies overseas business partners, in managing changes and the appropriate transitions and integration of processes
• Advise the management on, and manage the full spectrum of the HR function - resourcing, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, staff engagement, HR Information System, Administration & Reports
• Align company policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with the local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and directives

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Previous 4 -8 year Experience in HR & GA.
• Bachelor degree in human resources, management, psychology or other relevant qualifications
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong capability in managing HR Administrative, Personnel, Payroll and Industrial Relation
• Strong interpersonal skills, and able to effectively interact with and influence employees of all levels

Having good knowledge in Labor Law & Government regulation regarding HR / Personnel matters, HR Procedures & Processes, Compensation & Benefit
